New for 2005 the Aerdura Black is the latest generation of drysuit. On the outside a layer of heavy duty Cordura offers long lasting strength and durability. Next comes fourteen layers of impermeable rubber butyl membrane, half of which are impregnated with titanium oxide to form an infra red reflective barrier. However, the real secret of it's effectiveness lies within the thermal reflective, "fine satin" weave polyester lining. Also impregnated with titanium oxide for maximum warmth, this unique lining and it's silvery grey finish are exclusive to Oceanic.

A common known problem is overheating onshore while in the suit and then having that moisture condensed when entering the cold water creates a sour inner climate and requires a system that supports the transfer of the moisture from the body to prevent heat loss. Made of super stretch Polyester fleece garment designed to carry moisture from the skin. This award winning product keeps you warm even in extreme cold conditions. The system warms to 42c using a 12 volt battery and keeps the core body temperature warm. Its unique design guarantees that it is completely safe, even when totally immersed in water. Stitched into each of the front and back pads is an intelligent polymer containing thousands of conductive particle chains. This unique fabric means that there are no electrical components in the suit and it could be completely soaked and still function properly. The unit is powered by a single 4AMP Lithium Ion cell, which is simply mounted on the BCD belt or cylinder. There is enough power to keep you warm for approximately 70 minutes on one charge. The current is so low it makes the Icebreaker extremely safe as there is insufficient power to allow the panels to heat above 42 degrees so no chance of getting burnt and no need for controls. Fitting is simple, a waterproof connector socket is fitted into a 13mm hole cut in the dry suit. The outside of the fitting has a two pin wet connector that can be safely plugged in or out when wet, even underwater. A 1 metre leash attaches to the battery and plugs into the connector when needed, simple and safe!

The Weezle Argon Waistcoat has been designed for use in air rather than in combination with a Weezle Undersuit. The Argon is filled with the same filling as an Extreme+ Undersuit but with a 'Ripstop' Pertex outer and zipper fastening. This comes in grey only with a black lining.
